inconsistent pool rules irregular cleaning schedule
I found the inconsistent enforcement of pool rules frustrating! one minute inflatables were allowed, the next minute they were not. this inconsistency particularly affected families with kids as their pool time was unpredictable. also, the room cleaning schedule was irregular. It seemed cleaning and towel changes only occurred every four days. if you happened to be in your room, they left fresh towels and didn't return to clean at all. this meant our room sometimes went uncleaned for days.

The location was decent enough. The shopping center was nearby.
the noise at night was bad. people ran in the corridors at all hours. balcony doors did not lock, i could hear every car passing.

helpful staff clean common area convenient location
the staff were very helpful and accommodating with all our requests. i appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, including the pool side, constantly being cleaned. the location proved convenient, with the shopping center easily accessible right next door.

the bar staff was attentive, specifically said. the reception handled an issue we had quickly. there was an entertainment team present, keeping the guests engaged throughout the day.

the hotel is near the beach, approximately a five-minute walk. a shopping center called miramar is right next door to the hotel. i noticed a bus stop located directly in front of the building as well.

the apartment included a balcony. the kitchen has necessary appliances, like a coffee machine. the rooms are air-conditioned and are cleaned a few times a week with fresh sheets.
