the breakfast was generous and seemed to have options for everyone.
The air conditioning did not work. It would be unbearable later in the season. the all-inclusive cocktails tasted like flavored water. i found that when we checked out early, they removed our wristbands, so the all-inclusive access was over. i had to pay for drinks and food for the next eight hours until our ride arrived. This seemed ridiculous.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The noise was a significant issue. I could clearly hear children running in the hallway. the karaoke and bingo went on until late, around 10 pm, and it was audible from my room three floors up. it was as if the entertainment was happening right next to me.

The room opened directly onto a grass area. This was convenient. the large pool area offered ample space. drinks included in the all-inclusive package were varied. the location provided easy access to attractions.
The gym did not have enough equipment. It was difficult to complete a full workout. the waiting times for service in the restaurant were sometimes excessive. i believe more staff could resolve this issue.

unavailable coffee machineweak phone signal
The coffee machine was only available during breakfast hours. I found this infuriating. at all other times, i had to queue at the bar for coffee. i have never stayed at an all-inclusive where there wasn't a self-service coffee machine available anytime. the wifi was non-existent, too, made things worse because the phone signal and data were weak around the area.

The hotel is very close to the beach. I liked the restaurant available there. The apartment proved quite good and I appreciated having a short bus ride to the nearby town. I found the bus stop conveniently located near the hotel entrance.
I felt the sheets were not changed enough . The inside bar was closed, though the outside bar was open.

the apartment had good facilities for self-catering. the staff were helpful.
I encountered an issue at the pool bar. i ordered several drinks for my family, but i was told i could only order three at a time per person. i did not appreciate being spoken to in this manner. It was quite demeaning.
