I found the location ideal for a restful stay as it was on a peaceful street. The proximity to the russell-cotes gallery was wonderful and the walk into town was quite pleasant. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful . They provided really good service. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the food was cooked perfectly to my liking.
The garden seating area showed some slight signs of needing an update. That was a minor thing.

i was upgraded upon arrival to a larger room. the room had fresh milk in a small fridge and complimentary water. the bed was large and very comfortable, i slept very well each night. i found the staff to be attentive and quick to assist with any query i had.
the restaurant was a bit disinterested in finding suitable meals for my dietary requirements, i had limited options and a lack of starters and main meal choices made it a bit disappointing.

a decent stay

helpful stafffine foodground floor roomkitchen noise
the staff really helped out. they even got flowers for my wife's birthday, though i didn't give much notice. the food in the restaurant was just fine, we all loved it.
the room was on the ground floor and so noisy. the kitchen noise went on till 11pm, then started again at 7am. i could also hear someone moving beer kegs outside.
