I found the staff excellent. They explained about working nights and what the earliest I could book in was. They checked me in straight away, two and a half hours early. I booked a single room, but it had a double bed and a good-sized room.
On arrival, my friend was informed he had booked the wrong hotel, I think. After tracing his calls, he had prepaid to stay here, but on myself enquiring the next morning, the hotel had no record of him being at this hotel. It is a real concern if a fire was to occur.
