a stay with some issues
trickling showerglass window
My 'beautiful triple room sea view' did not impress. the shower barely trickled. It was pointless. also, the broken blind in the bathroom fell down as soon as you touched it. It was not fixed . privacy was limited, the toilet door had a glass window, strange.

the staff offered a friendly service.
The room had harsh lighting, which only emphasised how unclean it was. the shower filter seemed quite dirty, and the toilet flush button had limescale around it. i also noted old faeces stuck to the toilet brush. This was unacceptable

I received a room upgrade to seabird with a balcony. The staff was SO helpful with my son, who has a disability. Staff carried our cases, which i appreciated. The staff was very courteous.

the staff was friendly, very cute. the bedroom offered an amazing view. i found the room to be clean and tidy.

The staff was amazing and provided a late checkout for us. The room was clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, water, and shampoo.. The television offered many choices. I enjoyed a gorgeous view during the night.
The hotel lacked sufficient electrical sockets in the room.
