The reception was cute. I got a prosecco. My room was clean. The hotel location is great. I found free parking. I liked the easy access to everything.
The bedroom door had a large gap at the bottom. This made it a bit drafty during the night.

the location was good. i could access nearby areas easily. free parking was very helpful. the room included functional furniture.
the heat didnt work in my room. it felt freezing. i had to wear warm clothes to sleep. the tv was too small. its remote did not work properly.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . they stored my luggage without issue and let me know my room was ready early. all necessary information was provided promptly and efficiently. the parking was convenient and available even after checkout..
i did have to wait a short time for the receptionist upon arrival for check-in. there was also a noticeable smell in the reception area. this issue should be addressed to ensure a more cute atmosphere for all guests.
