Excellent Stay!
private hallway fridge amenity excellent cleanliness
My family suite included two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private hallway with a fridge. We also had a microwave available. A good amount of tea, coffee, and water was provided in the room. The cleanliness was very excellent.
The room had a small window facing a very noisy street.

The lady who checked us in was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. She personally showed us to our room. The owner cooked our breakfast extra early, as we were checking out early. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

excellent stay
fresh breakfast comfortable bed
I stayed for several nights. the breakfast was made fresh to order. It was amazing!!! the staff was friendly. the bed was very comfortable. I did not want to get out of it. the location is excellent. it is literally down the road to get to the bic center and then a few minutes from there you're in the town.

breakfast was well cooked and included an excellent customer service experience. the dining area was clean, and the staff catered well with a gluten free option. there was also a good choice of cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee.

the location is perfect with just a short walk to both the beach and the shopping centres. it's close to all amenities, the beach, and the town centre. the hotel is situated in a very accessible location within the city.

the rooms were clean and fresh on arrival. the rooms included ensuite facilities. parking was free. the staff helped me carry bags to the room. bins were emptied and the room was tidied each day .

convenient location attentive staff
the location was very convenient with a short walk to both the beach and the town center. i found the staff attentive and i watched them go above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoyed their visit.
The vending machine could use a better selection of items. It felt a little limited.

unstable temperature empty vending machine
The shower temperature was impossible TO regulate. It kept switching from freezing to scalding. also, the vending machine was near empty. I wanted a snack, but there weren't many options.

some areas need improvement
poor plumbing low quality
i found a couple of things that weren't ideal the hot water took ages to heat up which was annoying when i wanted a quick shower. also the sausages at breakfast weren't very good the quality seemed quite low. it affected my overall impression i'm afraid.

the staff seemed so polite and welcomed me well. breakfast had some options. i appreciate the possibility to park there.
the hot water take several minutes to run. the sausages weren't good. the shower wasnt great.
