the family suite included a separate door to the main bedroom area so we could put kids to bed without disturbing them afterwards it also featured a chiller fridge which was handy for keeping items cool on warmer days i had enough towels for my stay. breakfast had a good choice of food it wasn't overwhelming and enough for fussy eaters like my youngest. check in was smooth and a parking permit was provided staff were friendly. i found the hotel very clean.
the floorboards in my room were slightly uneven it was a very minor issue.

the location was excellent and i was always able to find parking within the permitted area on the same street. the hotel is very close to the arcades the pier high street and joyland making it a great base.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My questions received prompt answers via email. The room included great cleanliness. Breakfast offered delicious cooked options, as well as cereals and fresh fruit. I found the dining room spacious and comfortable. A refrigerated cabinet was available with affordable soft drinks.
The room's window opened only slightly, it cause some stuffiness.

the owner showed such care for our grandchildren it warmed my heart the room impressed me with its cleanliness and pleasant scent breakfast gave a great start each day i found the location so convenient for nearby attractions it allowed for effortless exploration.

I found the staff friendly. They arranged my parking permit right away! The room featured good bedding with lovely towels. A mini-fridge was useful. The super clean en-suite had nice decor. The WiFi worked perfectly!
