i've been visiting this hotel for several years now and i love it there are multiple parking options including spaces at adjacent sister hotels i could even use the facilities at the other hotels the rooms had everything i needed for my stay and were well kept by staff the hotel also had a restaurant with an italian option that was right in the reception area that was so amazing. a ball and conference room accommodated card games for 70 players and i liked the highly competitive prices

the window catch in my room was not fixed correctly only one screw was holding it on i reported it and it was fixed but it caused me discomfort initially i hope they implement better quality checks for small maintenance issues

the hotel staff were always friendly and very helpful during my time here their service made the stay very pleasant indeed plus maintenance responded fast to my window issue and fixed it in short order.

The room included comfortable beds. The staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found it easy to get parking at the hotel, though it incurred an extra charge. Plenty of hot WATER WAS available whenever needed.

The gym is equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can also use the pool area, which features twenty loungers and a shaded section. Misplace punctuation, we loved the facilities. But the location was amazing.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options. i also enjoyed the use of the pool facilities at the adjacent hotel.

The water in the bathroom had an orange tint. I was advised to run the taps to clear it. the extra-large bed was two twin beds pushed together and it was uncomfortable. i found that there was no air conditioning in my room only a fan.

erratic temperaturesticky remote

The room looked rather tired. i think it needed a bit of love? the shower had low pressure and the temperature was erratic. It was hard to get a stable flow. the tv remote was sticky! i think someone spilled something on it.
