the location was great , right on the seafront near the pier.
i found that the room did not have a fresh cute smell at all. the floor looked scruffy , and some of the beading was missing from round the edges of the laminate.

i found the location very central, right on the sea front near the pier (i really enjoyed this!). our room provided an uninterrupted view of the pier and sea. the hotel offered ample facilities for a basic stay. i was able to easily drop off and pick up luggage at the hotel entrance.
the bar underneath the hotel was really loud until late at night.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, readily providing assistance when needed (i really appreciated their positive attitude). they also supplied a good value parking permit at reception. i found them accommodating to my requests.

breakfast was available, though a bit inconsistent, i found some nice cafes nearby (exploring them was fun!). the bar had an entertaining drag show at night for free. i enjoyed the variety of nearby dining options.

my room was very comfy and tidy, with a comfortable bed. room facilities included an iron. tea and coffee making equipment. the room had everything needed, aside from a small refrigerator, but overall it was a great value.
