The noise levels were a significant issue. My room was directly above the bar, disturbance continued past midnight. additionally, obtaining breakfast one morning required an excessive wait of one hour.

fantastic stay near the seafront

great locationfriendly staffcomfortable bedsnoisy room
I really liked the location. It was easy to walk to everything outside the main city. the staff were attentive! our room had nice decorations, and the ensuite was very clean with comfortable beds. breakfast was also very nice, such a treat.
the room was right above the bar, so it was particularly noisy. it was not ideal, and i wish there was better sound insulation, especially late at night. hopefully, this can be addressed in the future for better sleep quality.
Rooms

the room included big, comfortable beds. the bathroom was lovely. it featured nice shower products, i thought that the room had all the essentials for a relaxed visit. it was great to have a space that felt both functional and stylish.

Location

the hotel is located just around the corner from the grand hotel to the left. the seafront is 50 yards away, it's convenient! a co-op is at the top of the road, buses run into the lanes and back to the train station for £1.30 each.
