omg, what a kingdom!
spacious roomclean room
the beautiful room was super spacious plus super clean. it had comfy beds and a great minibar. i got great amenities and a big shower too. i loved it!

The staff were kind and helpful. Beyza Nur and Hazal from guest relations were especially sweet. Muhammad and Abdullah from the Gaming section were also fun and nice. Perizat and Özlem were very nice.
The hotel's location requires a 10-minute walk with a pram to enter the park, where wristbands are scanned and bags searched.

amazing hotel experience!

i stayed in a beautiful room and loved its modern design the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found a well-stocked mini-bar with a good selection of drinks the mattress was excellent providing a really restful sleep. i especially enjoyed the theme park access it offered plenty of fun activities i had lockers available for use in the park. i also took advantage of the free shuttle to rixos premium and spent a day at the sea. the staff provided all the information i needed about the theme parks upon arrival.
the outdoor area felt limited it was sometimes hard to find a place to sit because of the privately owned restaurants nearby.

the location provided easy access to both water and non-water attractions i had a convenient free shuttle service to rixos premium making it easy to visit the sea and the location provides a full experience.

the food was delicious during the 7-day stay with seafood served twice there were plentiful options with meat and fish available every day and i really enjoyed the buffet it was luxurious and varied.

the hotel is massive it has everything kids could ever want. three meals a day are top notch. everything is accessible. the staff are well trained and have good manners. it is an experience.
the hotel is situated just outside the theme park and water park. it takes about ten minutes with a stroller to get into the park you must scan wristbands and search bags. the entrance is the same for the public accessing the park.

The room was spacious and clean, i found the bathroom well kept. it had good lighting and modern fixtures. two people could use the space without feeling cramped. The storage was adequate for our luggage.

breakfast and dinner offered many options. the variety was great, catering to different tastes. the food quality seemed consistently high. i liked the fresh fruit selection and local pastries a lot.

the staff was helpful at every stage of our stay. they were responsive to our requests. we felt supported and welcomed. i appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach to assisting guests.

The rooms were clean. That was acceptable.
i found one major issue. there was no kettle in the room. i really wanted a cup of tea but could not get one. that was annoying.
