the staff were helpful with taxis nearby the hotel. i found the shisha bar on the terrace relaxing after a long day. the staff was friendly and the restaurants were good. i got a discount using the careem app.
the early check-in cost was a bit steep.

My room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. That's just not acceptable. Elevators were also a major problem. They were busy. Some elevators were out of service..

the hotel has a convenient location giving access to major business areas. the modern room was clean with a nice skyline view. i found the hotel staff professional, and the fitness center had all the equipment i needed to keep up with my workout routine.

the staff were kind. this was acceptable.
the breakfast was a real letdown. the selection felt limited. i ended up spending extra money to order from delivery services. also, the sound insulation in the rooms was terrible. i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. this really disturbed my sleep.

The hotel provided a decent breakfast. It had various options.
I found the lighting in the room inadequate. It made tasks difficult. The air conditioning was inconsistent and hard to regulate. It caused discomfort. the shower was not functioning correctly for four days, a problem the reception staff did not solve.
