Breakfast was good. The omelet station worked well enough.
The mini-bar only had a couple of sodas and water, which seemed inadequate! The pool area was poorly designed, as it was in shade after lunch. Broken tiles made swimming a bit hazardous. I never saw so many broken tiles.

The room was super tidy. Breakfast also met expectations.
The pools lacked a suitable depth for swimming, disappointing. I discovered coordination issues among the staff. My bags were delayed for two hours after check-in. When I informed the hotel about my anniversary, no preparations were made until I called again. I found it irritating. these issues affected the quality of my stay.

Fab stay, few minor blips

Breakfast had a huge choice of food and drinks. The staff was very fast and cute. The rooms were spacious and super clean. the beds felt very soft. The bakery made tasty lunches and snacks, accessible in between lunch and dinner times, it was wonderful. The service there was excellent. Very attentive people.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool area, which includes twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. There are many options here.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, perfect for a post beach cooldown. Each room has a minibar stocked daily with soft drinks and water. I was suprised.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The building is magnificent. I thought it was the most eye-catching in the area. The rooms were really spacious, as were the premises, and buggy facilities were available. I also received a delicious welcome cake in my room, and the hotel is quite close to Emirates Palace. Marina Mall is only a two-minute walk away.
There was an issue with coordination between the staff, first, it took about two hours for my bags to arrive in the room after I checked in, I had to call and complain.

The hotel is situated close to various attractions and amenities, including a prominent mall. This proximity makes it very convenient for shopping and exploring nearby areas. Access to transportation is easy. The location helped with logistics.

There are four pools available. a beach. The pools are well-kept and offer sufficient space. A fitness center is available with modern equipment. It had everything I needed.

Staff members were helpful and courteous at all times . The reception team provided a warm welcome. They addressed all my inquiries efficiently. I found them always ready to assist.

the room was beautifully maintained. our housekeeping attendant was hospitable, calling to check if we needed anything. the food and drinks were high quality with a lovely variety.
the phone service was not very good. i had to ring multiple times to get through. there were times i gave up after 3/4 attempts, waiting over 5 minutes every time.
