The hotel offered excellent facilities and a great gym. I found separate swimming pools for adults and families. Breakfast had a lot of variety and options. The room was large enough for my family.
The front desk didn't handle requests promptly, and there was a delay in getting assistance with luggage. I also waited longer than expected for pressing services.

i enjoyed the spacious room, it was relaxing. the breakfast had a lovely selection of items. the hotel service was indeed very nice, everyone was helpful.
the gym was great! though it needs a cheaper restaurant.

The breakfast offer felt very basic. I wanted more variety. it is halaal but a broader selection of fish could be beneficial. also, i had to ask multiple times for coffee. The coffee service needs improvement. noise from the neighboring hotel was unacceptable. It really disrupted my stay.
