excellent stay
birthday surprises flowers arrangement fabulous setup
i thank the team for the birthday surprises. a cake and flowers arrangement were sent to my room. the pool attendants are working hard and were always polite. the gym is brand new, i found the setup to be fabulous.
the water during breakfast was charged extra to the room, it was a slight surprise.

the pool area includes neatly separated children's pool from main pool area. plenty of beach towels are laying around for guest. the gym features modern equipment for guest used.

the breakfast buffet offers diverse options. beach house restaurant menu has delicious food and drinks. the staff goes above and beyond in the cafe restaurant to ensure everything well taken care.

fun experience amazing leader delicious breakfast
the kids club kept my children entertained. miss ritchie was a great leader. i found breakfast delicious. the butter chicken dinner was fantastic.
the atm was out of order my entire stay. this was inconvenient.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. The food had a great variety, everything tasted fresh. The hotel and the beach were very clean. I appreciated that. The breakfast options were diverse, so I could try different things each day.
The gym had limited equipment for a hotel of this size, with only a few cardio machines.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room offered a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks. The climate control system worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. The private beach access provided a serene experience with clear waters. There were ample beach towels available for guest use. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

adequate experience overall
tasty breakfast clean beach multiple pools unstable temperature broken hair dryer repeated issue
i thought the breakfast had tasty options. the beach was clean and beautiful too. i found multiple pools to choose from, so that was nice.
The room temperature wasn't as per the thermostat. i've experienced this previously. the hair dryer in the room wasn't working properly. I exchanged it twice with the service team. it wasn't ideal.
