i thank the team for the birthday surprises. a cake and flowers arrangement were sent to my room. the pool attendants are working hard and were always polite. the gym is brand new, i found the setup to be fabulous.

the water during breakfast was charged extra to the room, it was a slight surprise.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. The food had a great variety, everything tasted fresh. The hotel and the beach were very clean. I appreciated that. The breakfast options were diverse, so I could try different things each day.

The gym had limited equipment for a hotel of this size, with only a few cardio machines.

i thought the breakfast had tasty options. the beach was clean and beautiful too. i found multiple pools to choose from, so that was nice.

The room temperature wasn't as per the thermostat. i've experienced this previously. the hair dryer in the room wasn't working properly. I exchanged it twice with the service team. it wasn't ideal.
