The rooms has great amenities. I found good views and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful at every level. Every day. This was really a positive thing.

I found that dinner buffet was quite disappointing in terms of variety. The service was also inconsistent. Sometimes we were seated, other times we had to find a table ourselves. Waiting for coffee took up to fifteen minutes at times. that was not good.

The gym includes modern equipment like treadmills and weights. The pool area features many loungers and shaded sections. I enjoyed the convenience it offered.

The concierge team, especially Bijaya, Dewak, and Bibek, offered professional and knowledgeable assistance. They provided great suggestions for local sightseeing. The room had AMAZING views of the city and Corniche. Housekeeping was efficient. I received new water and towels daily.

The room included a large bathroom. two separate sinks were available. a rainfall shower was also present. the hotel's decor felt elegant. the location was convenient. It was close to the corniche. the marina was also nearby. the breakfast offered wide choices and tasted good. the staff was helpful. they were also accommodating.

the gym was very busy. i had to wait to use the treadmill.

the room was spacious enough and the breakfast had many options.

the minibar was completely empty that was surprising for such a hotel i expected a stocked minibar to be available. the tv screen in my room was broken and unusable i could not relax as i planned. the in-room amenities felt outdated too.
