The room was spacious and clean, a detail i value. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my stay. Staff members like Deepak at Vibes restaurant offered prompt, friendly, attentive service even when busy. I really appreciated the team. Their attentiveness.

The pool area had limited sun loungers, and some guests reserved them with towels all day without using them.

the noise started early and continued late into the night. this made it difficult to relax in the room and also ruined the partial sea view i had paid extra for. i also found the food options at the lounge quite limited with the same items repeated daily. i felt the hotel needs to address these points to improve the guest experience

I find the staff friendly. I really appreciate the upgraded room. The gym has several equipment that are very clean. The restaurant offered a delicious dinner with different menu options.

The pool seems a bit small, and the pictures appears bigger than it is in reality. Otherwise everything was excellent and enjoyable. I was pleased with all the other aspects of my visit.
