fantastic stay and friendly staff
great service polite bartender room upgrade
i thought service was great and pool bar drinks tasted amazing. nishant and prajwal are polite bartenders. our room had an upgrade when i arrived and i liked this hotel very much. the service meet approval. i recommend this hotel.
the beach is too small. it has buildings just in front.

the hotel had a beach and a pool area. both had bars and a changing area between them. there was a lovely coffee shop and amazing food in all restaurants!!!
the staff was less helpful upon arrival because i was not helped with luggage.

early check-in efficient housekeeping great concierge
the hotel provided an early check-in and late check-out. this was especially helpful after a long flight. the service from the concierge was great. i also found the housekeeping to be very efficient.
i had an issue with the pool area. the staff seemed untrained and annoyed guests. i observed one staff member give directions in an angry manner.

the front desk provided quick assistance with all requests. the staff was very helpful and polite. the valet parking team was prompt and courteous, even going above and beyond to assist.

breakfast included many options. there were unique food choices at the buffet, delicious. coffee or tea was available with meals, a feature i always look for when i travel.

the room was spacious and well-appointed. basic needs were met with elegance and comfort. the room had excellent views. the apartment had amazing views.

amazing staff great breakfast excellent facilities
The staff were amazing and hospitable. The breakfast was great , with a wide variety of choices. The facilities are also excellent , especially the pool and beach areas.
