amazing views and perfect service

from the start i knew i was in for a luxurious holiday. we were allowed early access to the club lounge. i refreshed there. i was told our room was ready early! our luggage awaited us. i must recommend a club royal room because views there are amazing. the hotel had aquarium walls. artwork in the reception.

i stayed for two nights, and honestly, the service was slow. getting assistance took so long, i often got things myself. it reminded me of some staff weren't attentive, disappointing.

the pool area was acceptable it provided a space to relax.

the check-in process was delayed my room was not ready at the stated time i waited about 45 minutes i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber the delay caused inconvenience and set a negative tone the room had drainage issues there was an unpleasant odour emanating from the bathrooms despite strategically placed air fresheners.
