from the start i knew i was in for a luxurious holiday. we were allowed early access to the club lounge. i refreshed there. i was told our room was ready early! our luggage awaited us. i must recommend a club royal room because views there are amazing. the hotel had aquarium walls. artwork in the reception.

i stayed for two nights, and honestly, the service was slow. getting assistance took so long, i often got things myself. it was like some staff weren't attentive, disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent. The completeness of the buffet was noteworthy. ALL the staff throughout the hotel provided excellent service. I especially appreciated the really good service from Moncef at Ariana's persian kitchen. He was great!

the pool area was acceptable it provided a space to relax.

the check-in process was delayed my room was not ready at the stated time i waited about 45 minutes i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber the delay caused inconvenience and set a negative tone the room had drainage issues there was an unpleasant odour emanating from the bathrooms despite strategically placed air fresheners.
