i found the hotel manager super customer-oriented. he closed all our questions at. the team upgraded our room for my partner's birthday. the room had a lovely garden lounge area leading out to the pool.

I found a couple of things disappointing. My room was quite a walk from the lobby. It seemed like a maze EVERY time. the music from a nearby bar was SO loud. It definitely disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere of the place.

marina location skyline views comfortable rooms quality food

the resort's location is near the marina with skyline views! the staff seemed happy and cute. our family vacation was fantastic because of the comfortable rooms and the quality food. the hotel provided a serene atmosphere, though the resort is spacious.

The minibar was not working. I found this slightly inconvenient. i also noticed only one side of the bed had a wall plug!

spacious resort attentive staff really good service

the resort is spacious with a beautiful design. the staff were attentive and available. aishwarya and the housekeeping team ensured every detail was perfect. i recommend this gem for luxury and really good service.

the artificial beach was not great and too much partying not good for families.
