the hotel was fine! we were upgraded to a suite and it was like a luxurious apartment. the interior was gorgeous, and the view from our suite was amazing, wow, and the private beach was awesome. the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help.
The service was slow at breakfast. We waited for coffee for 30 mins! egg was cooked in a small pan. the desserts werent good either. The quality and variety were poor.

The staff provided attentive service, especially at the front desk and in the dining areas, I found the level of care excellent. the extensive breakfast buffet offered many choices, and the quality of ingredients stood out. the hotel's architecture showcased excellent detail. It was clear much thought went into the design.
i did notice some slight wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures, mostly minor cosmetic issues.

raffles is a magnificent hotel! it's like stepping into a palace, so luxurious and opulent! our premier palm view room included a balcony overlooking the ocean. sunsets each evening were beautiful! our butler, isuru, catered to our every need. he surprised my son with a wonderful birthday cake, balloons, chocolate, and sweets. jane from housekeeping kept our room immaculate! she always greeted us with a smile, asking about our holiday. i felt totally spoilt!
The gym hours were slightly inconvenient. They opened a bit later than i prefer for my morning workout.

The team helped us quickly use the facilities after breakfast. shehan, working in the japanese restaurant, was helpful! the butler team located waterproof phone cases. the setting is opulent, though it features a relaxing vibe. i liked the club rooms. The suites provide great space!
I found some aspects lacking. No staff knew who we were by week's end. there was no personable experience with any staff.
