The staff are friendly and helpful. The abra boat drivers are particularly wonderful. The selection of restaurants is great. The quality of food is amazing in each.
The gym is not on-site. Depending on the buggy for transportation is necessary and a bit annoying.

The breakfast buffet offers very tasty, high-quality products, and even includes items like гречка. Dinners are equally noteworthy. The French restaurant stands out, and the staff readily accommodate dietary needs, even for lactose intolerance.

i had a slight issue with the check-in process, but it was resolved quickly.
