Fantastic Stay at a Great Hotel
warm greeting positive impression warm atmosphere
Ismail at the adults-only pool greeted every guest warmly. He knew many guests by name and always smiled. He worked hard to make a positive impression. He created a warm atmosphere.
I noticed some slow drink service in the club room. Staff seemed a bit slow when serving drinks. It would be better with quicker service. I think management should address this.

The room had an amazing design and it was clean. The air conditioning system worked perfectly. The room temperature was very good. The housekeeping team left sweets for the kids each evening.

Staff members like Liza and Vasi showed dedication. Their attention to detail stood out. Liza even prepared mint tea for my wife to alleviate headaches. Their efforts created a good experience.

i enjoyed the hotel's classy atmosphere and respectful staff. the pool areas were lovely, and the restaurants served delicious food. my ocean room had pleasant appointments.

amazing airconditioning friendly staff evening sweets
I appreciated the fast check-in. The staff were very friendly. The rooms featured amazing airconditioning that was both quiet and effective. Housekeeping left sweets for the kids each evening. This was a very nice touch.

welcome drink airport transfers beach club
The staff were very friendly. I received a welcome drink during check-in, a nice touch. My Family Suite had airport transfers and beach club access. The suite benefits also included access to Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM).
There was a significant security deposit required. This lack of transparency was inconvenient.

The breakfast staff was very attentive, providing prompt service, and the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness, though the reception was slow. Pool attendants were readily available, assisting with towels and providing drink service throughout the day.
