the staff was helpful. the location was convenient, and there were restaurants nearby.
the shower was mostly cold. it was a tiny bathroom for three people. the interior lighting were non existent.

the hotel location was acceptable. it was close to the metro and other places.
the front desk gave me a hard time. i found the staff unfriendly and they seemed to be ignoring my requests. the tone was not professional. i wish the service would improve.

Mixed Experience at this Hotel
dirty floorlimited selection
My room was not cleaned well when I arrived. I saw some hair on the bathroom floor. the television remote did not work. I had to call maintenance to get it fixed. The breakfast was also underwhelming. The selection was limited.
