My stay seemed like a dream, the gym was a real haven with its many equipment. the pool was a delight, with enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. the staff kindness was a warm embrace. I felt at home. they always gave help and support
My room lacked the sea view i so desired. I felt a little sadness. also the valet service were slow on my arrival. i feel they overlooked my car a bit, and that did hurt my feelings. it made me question their full attention and dedication.

the staff were very friendly, providing helpful assistance when requested I appreciated this.
i was quite disappointed the room i received felt dated and in need of refurbishment there was visible wear and tear throughout the furniture showed signs of age, and the bathroom fixtures looked old the pool was also quite crowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities

I loved the helpful reception staff. They were always available! Wasim was especially helpful at check-in, recommending the Club Lounge access, and that suggestion was amazing! Ramzan, the bellboy, helped us with our bags. I felt very welcomed.
I thought some background music by the pool would improve the atmosphere there!

The gym features modern equipment, including three treadmills. There is also a selection of free weights for strength training, so you won't miss your workout! The pool area includes ample seating and a dedicated children's section.

Flavours restaurant offers a huge variety of food. It caters to many different tastes! The omelette station is amazing, the chef there made delicious omelettes every single morning. La Bistro also offered wonderful food and nice service!

Corniche Beach provides quick access to fine views and many restaurants! The location is central, I could easily find taxis arranged by the doormen. It made exploring the area very convenient, and I found it enjoyable!

Sakr and Mohamed at reception were both very helpful. Mohamed Ramadan, the security person, helped us get our sunglasses back after we left them in a taxi. The hotel's private beach was really nice. I liked the breakfast. There was a good selection of fresh fruits.

the breakfast had lots of variety and seemed fresh enough.
my interconnected rooms request was ignored despite prior arrangement we were on the same floor but not next to each other one chair in the room was stained and looked bad the cleaning happened only the next day this was not a pleasant arrival.

the front desk staff, mohamed and sajid, were cute and very friendly. the pool area was nice. our room felt cozy and offered a varied breakfast selection. the gym was large and well equipped, i loved that.
the main door lock didn't always work, and reception only changed the battery. i want better care for this.
