a serene escape
flexible allowance rooftop pool chic bar
i chose the half-board option and found the meal allowance flexible. i used it for either lunch or dinner, made exploring the area carefree. the adult-only rooftop pool offered curtain-draped cabanas. the chic bar was perfect for serene relaxation.
i thought the elevator wait times were occasionally longer than preferred.

the hotel provides access to a private beach equipped with comfortable sun loungers. there are two pools, one for families and another exclusive for adults. the main pool area is spacious and has a lot of decking.

a treasure on the palm
convenient access complimentary minibar lovely touch
I stayed here for several nights and loved the location. It had convenient access to nearby attractions. The complimentary mini bar with soft drinks was a lovely touch. Ming from housekeeping always ensured we had enough water and coffee. the breakfast buffet included a substantial variety of options, especially for those needing gluten-free meals.
The beach pool is shared with apartment residents next door, so it was hard to find available loungers. It made relaxing a bit challenging, especially during peak times. I wish there was a separate area exclusively for hotel guests.

The breakfast buffet presents diverse cuisines like local, asian, and indian, along with western pastries. Chef sajith and chef riyas prepared special gluten-free meals, ensuring varied choices for everyone every single day.

The staff made constant inquiries, asking if everything met expectations. They handled every request with efficiency. Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring adequate water and coffee pods were always available, delivering sincere dedication.

The hotel features well maintained pool areas and a pristine beach. There is a shopping mall just across the street, giving convenient access to various retail stores and dining options.

The hotel is situated well on the palm. It allows easy access across town without significant traffic. There is a seafood restaurant near the beach, allowing opportunities for nice dining near the hotel.

The breakfast had many choices. I found both international and local dishes available. The staff was amazing and accommodated every request. The rooms also had comfortable beds.
The service seemed poor from the front desk. Upon check-in, i received an UPGRADE offer for more money. I accepted the upgrade, paying upfront, but the room given was different. Resolution was offered for the upgrade cost, yet the experience was not satisfactory.
