Really good stay with amazing views

i enjoyed the large comfortable room located on a high floor. the views of the marina were great from my beautiful king room sea view balcony. i also appreciated the good food available in the two restaurants on site (especially the fish restaurant!).

this made it difficult to keep the balcony door open.

the staff were helpful and kind, assisting us with luggage and check-in. we received thoughtful guidance when we arrived late in the evening. housekeeping provided fast and thorough service.

the SERVICE at the pool WAS lacking. I walked past several staff MEMBERS engrossed in their phones , and NO ONE acknowledged me. it felt DISMISSIVE. ALSO , upon returning from WORK in a taxi , I had to retrieve my OWN bags from the trunk. THREE porters stood idly BY , seemingly UNAWARE of their duties.

Good Hotel with Minor Issues

The rooms featured fashionable interior decor with many facilities. The hotel sits within a complex of three hotels. This provides access to many dining options, pools, and other services. Jungle Bay water park is excellent for children.

Hallway lighting seemed quite dark. Room lighting was good, but confusing to operate. Bathroom lights were not ideal for makeup application or shaving. The gym required leaving the hotel and walking to a separate building and Wi-Fi did not extend to the balcony.

EVERYTHING was GREAT! The valet service upon arrival handled my car and luggage quickly . My room had modern, FUNKY decor! The minibar was WELL-STOCKED, and I LOVED the great coffee machine. The adults-only pool offered a REALLY chilled vibe. I will definitely be back!
