The location offered convenient access to the marina and a nearby beach. Bus services and taxis were readily available. the staff was amazing, spanning from the front desk to the restaurant. cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. I really appreciated this attention to detail.

We asked for a view of the marina, but our room looked directly at a wall and other apartments. the bath was poorly repaired. I saw a ripped bed sheet that remained unchanged for four days. the furniture seemed of lower quality.

The check-in was smooth. I got a high-floor room. The partial marina view was AMAZING!!! The room provided sustainability efforts, as shown in the glass water bottles and wooden key cards. The staff, including Sanoop, helped with luggage storage.

The inclusion packages for the beach, which the hotel sent via text before arrival, were very unclear. I couldn't get to the beach for the first two days of my stay.

The hotel had a shuttle service . It added a lot of convenience. I also noticed bottled water was provided in glass bottles. The key cards were made of wood. It showed environmental consciousness.

The hotel location is good. The staff are very friendly. It is close to many attractions. I especially want to thank Jinky from guest relations. Satish from reception was also helpful and polite.
