a good island escape

I found amazing value for money at this resort. the staff were hospitable, and water was always available. i particularly loved the kayaking and beach swing. It was an amazing experience. i booked a day pass, but i know i will definitely stay overnight next time!!!
the boat service finished quite early. extending it until midnight would be better. it would allow guests more flexibility and better complement evening activities.

The resort is expansive and includes diverse facilities such as a kids club, kids pool, a superb beach, and various restaurants. i enjoyed the zipline. The views were astonishing. Plus they have bowling to play.

My room was sensacional, neat, and tidy. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. complimentary water was provided, and the staff were attentive to my needs throughout my stay, which i very much appreciated.

The staff was always available. I really appreciated the clean and tidy environment. The breakfast selection was great. It included fresh fruit and pastries. I found the water sports activities very fun.
The golf cart service was occasionally slow. I sometimes waited longer than expected. It would be helpful if this service was more readily available.

The room featured both separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I saw a spacious balcony with comfy seating. Breakfast included a wide variety of options at the buffet, thats great. Also I found staff super friendly and accommodating. They helped a lot.
I experienced slow service at one of the restaurants because it felt understaffed.

I noticed the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. These facilities look well-kept, contributing positively to the overall experience here.

The island is accessible via a smooth boat ride. The boat trip takes approximately 30 minutes. On arrival, I received a warm welcome. The location feels very secluded and exclusive which I really liked.

We started with complementary valet parking at the port and some so delicious date smoothies! I liked the easy check in. The boat to the resort took only fifteen minutes. My premier sea view room adventure park access was so big and the sand and water looked pretty from my balcony. I have many complimentary water, tea and coffee!
The color scheme in the place need updating. The American Diner food could use some help. Restaurants close to early. Ferry is limited during the night, and this made things tricky.
