The staff was really good and always greeted us with a smile. We received an early check-in, very convenient after our travels. Our room was decorated for our anniversary, surprising us with a lovely welcome cake.. We enjoyed these kind gestures very much. The team helped us plan excursions and ensured we had a safe experience.

We had the half-board meal plan and dined at the Lagoon restaurant. The staff were helpful and made great food recommendations. We were greeted with a smile and all our needs were accommodated.

Faisal, our room attendant, was the best. He left us personalized notes and fresh flowers, a good surprise. Kamel, Solomon, Christopher, and Geofrey always ensured our pool experience was excellent with their kindness and hospitality.

i found the staff super amazing they were helpful from the doorman to the receptionists the breakfast buffet was varied i saw live cooking stations where chefs prepared pasta and grilled items service was perfect attentive staff members were quick to refill drinks. the hotel provides large quality towels near the pools staff brought around slices of melon and non alcoholic drinks it included iced water and watermelon juice.

the small balcony was not floor to ceiling i found this disappointing
