solid stay
cool trips good prices helpful staff
The trips offered were really cool. I especially enjoyed snorkeling at blue hole. mohamed misha gave good prices. the hotel's location is amazing, right in the heart of the area with its shops, I found the staff to be very helpful too.
I found the pool lifeguard a bit overzealous. They seemed to reserve all the beds for certain families early each morning, even if those families didn't use them until much later. this made finding a spot by the pool a bit challenging.

Food was very good. Clean rooms and cheap prices are definite pluses. the food preparation was attentive, with chefs plating each dish individually. this added a touch of personalized service.

the location is great. shops and restaurants are very close. the supermarket is also convenient for picking up items for my room (very handy).
the music played was quite loud. it featured the same songs repeatedly.

charming stay in the heart of it all
perfect location friendly staff clean place
the hotel is located two minutes walking from naama bay i thought it was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was also clean and well-organized it was a great experience.
the power outlets were a bit loose, it was difficult to charge my devices sometimes.

the swimming pool was clean and well kept i really enjoyed it. the hotel offers an excursion service providing useful advice at reasonable prices. i especially appreciated the friendly staff around the pool area.
