The food was varied and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fresh salads. the aqua park provided good entertainment for both adults and children. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. staff members were generally helpful with requests i made.
The wi-fi was often slow and unreliable. It made it difficult to stream videos.

the hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach with frequent departures and this was convenient. the reception staff quickly addressed a minor issue with my room's air conditioning unit! and maintenance arrived within 30 minutes, fixing it efficiently. the staff mostly spoke arabic.

The hotel is situated close to a local market. I found many shops selling souvenirs and local crafts there. it is a short taxi ride from the main city center. A taxi stand is available near the hotel entrance.

The main restaurant featured themed nights. I saw an italian night and a mediterranean night . there were several beverage options available throughout the day. I tried juices and soft drinks. vegetarian options existed. I noticed they were labeled clearly.
