The staff made this place special with their cute attitude and hard work. I relaxed at the bar many evenings. The bar team ensured my drinks were always full. Costa, I really appreciated that. Said, the lifeguard at the pool, was very funny and helpful, that was an awesome thing.
The music volume could be lower. It was quite loud at times.

the staff was always ready to assist with any requests we had. i found a shop selling essential items within the hotel premises. the hotel offers shuttle service to nearby beaches and soho square.
the television had limited channel options, but i wasn't there to watch tv anyway.

our room was lovely (i had a budget double room). the balcony was the best as it was south facing, so we had the sun all day! the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has adequate facilities. housekeeping was done daily if wanted, and they always did a great job.
the staff tried to say we ordered a room for two, though we ordered a room for three, and we had to convince him.
