lovely balcony massive bed
the room had a lovely balcony facing the resorts and the sea. the bed was massive and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.
i noticed a slight delay in receiving the towels after the room cleaning, requiring a quick call.

food variety red sea excellent condition
the main restaurant included a wide food variety. i found bathing in the red sea to be a fantastic experience (the water was so clear). the gym had well kept equipment and the swimming pools were in excellent condition.
the wi-fi coverage was spotty at times.

The food had variety, I guess. One could always find something edible (.. ).
The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up. I woke up sweating each night. It wasn't exactly the arctic blast I was hoping for.

hot air sliver view
the air conditioning was a joke. it blew hot air, and the staff acted like it was a personal favor to even look at it. also, the promised sea view from my room i paid extra for? more like a sliver of blue between two buildings. i nearly choked on sarcasm when they called it a 'premium view'.

really good service and comfortable stay
amazing receptionist warm smile friendly staff
mohammed at the reception showed amazing professional attitude. he provided local recommendations and addressed our issues efficiently. his warm smile and readiness to help greatly improved my stay. the staff's genuine care ensured my comfort throughout. the pools had amazing snorkeling options. the staff were very friendly.
the gym, while functional, could benefit from updated equipment.

the pool was a highlight, it was big and well-designed. the view was pretty. i thought the water slides were really fun!
I was disappointed that we only had access to two restaurants. The main restaurant food was not great. the taxis organized by the hotel were overpriced. I felt it was exploiting guests. the shower in our room had a weak stream. It was not comfortable
