The hotel gardens are beautiful and well maintained. the club private beach is lovely. It leads directly onto a coral reef. the staff is attentive, especially in the club areas. i found the food generally excellent, as i used the cascades restaurant in the evening, a buffet serving a wide variety of cuisines.

i really liked how beautiful the beach was and how comfortable it felt. there were plenty of shazlongs, that was amazing. the animation team was very good and they made sure everyone was having fun.

the swimming pool wasn't heated like the website said and that was sad. the spa had technical issues like soft jets. the jacuzzi also had a lot of sand in it.

i am grateful for my recent visit. the gardeners clearly worked hard as the grounds were well kept. the food had many choices, and i especially appreciated the kitchen staff's dedication. the room was perfect, with comfy beds and great pillows. i was especially pleased with the lovely beach, fantastic water, and amazing snorkeling opportunities.

The bathroom needed some updates. It looked somewhat dated. i think updating the bathroom would improve future guest experiences.
