Really good Service and Beautiful Architecture

The hotel's architecture impressed me greatly. It was beautiful. I received a kind upgrade from a garden view to a sea view room. The gesture was very thoughtful. The staff was attentive, polite, and friendly throughout my stay. The service was definitely five star.

I noticed a slight wait for drinks at the bar during peak hours.

The hotel offers fine views of the Red sea and features beautifully landscaped gardens. This location reminded me of a true escape, offering a peaceful and relaxing vacation experience. It is ideal for unwinding.

the staff at the hotel were friendly. i found the beach area beautiful and well-kept. it had plenty of sun beds available to use. our room cleaning was consistent and thorough each day.

the hotel did not provide complimentary water bottles daily. this was an inconvenience. i had to request refills frequently.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The cleaning services kept the rooms super clean daily. I especially liked Mr Esmat. He helped everyone. The room was always very clean. I appreciated his attention to detail throughout my stay.

The patchy Wi-Fi signal in my room made it slightly difficult to stay connected at times.

the mini bar was not complimentary, that surprised me. upon checkout, i was presented a bill for items i did not consume, necessitating a dispute before it was removed. the absence of towel replacements throughout the week was inconvenient.

The hotel architecture is amazing! The service was excellent. I had booked a garden view room. They gave me a sea view room instead. That was a really nice gesture.

The a la carte option is allowed only once . That is restrictive. The entertainment team changed the rules during competitions. They did not even count points. The entertainment team was dismissive when confronted.
