friendly staff good food fresh bread loud music crowded beach late night

the room was a superior double or twin room. the staff was very friendly. the food selection was good. (i especially liked the fresh bread).

the music around the pool was quite loud. it was hard to have a conversation. the beach got crowded early, and it was difficult to find available loungers (even with the red sign). the tv screen played music too late at night.

A few issues , some improvements are needed

bland variety pushy staff

The food was not great. It seemed pretty bland for my taste, I was expecting better VARIETY. Special dinners just seemed like the buffet food presented differently. I felt pressured by some staff trying to sell excursions and activities. This made relaxing difficult, I just wanted some peace.

My stay had great staff service. Ahmed at the beach bar provided fast, friendly service. The grounds had clean, well kept gardens. I liked the tasty, fresh food that was diverse. The beach area was pleasant and easy to access.

The music was loud and incessant around the main pool.

The hotel has multiple dining options. There were fresh pizzas at the snack bar and ice cream available. The all inclusive option includes diverse, fresh food from many different cultures.

The staff was polite and attentive to all needs. The staff was always kind and helpful. Some staff members speak Tagalog. Mohamed Nabeh at reception upgraded the room and was kind.

The service was excellent. Staff members Mohamed Gamal and Mosaad knew my drink preferences. They. The animation team, including Kabaka, did a fantastic job keeping things fun. I enjoyed the pool party on Tuesday evenings..
