Wonderful time at the resort

separate sinks rainfall shower

Our room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The beach staff brought drinks regularly. Waiters quickly remembered my preferred drinks and snacks at the Relax Pool. A lifeguard even retrieved my phone after it fell into the sea. It kept working.

The all inclusive food were plentiful and offered a wide choice. The Sunset Court was more refined than the main all inclusive restaurant. There is always sundowners available at anytime.

Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. English guest services ladies are available daily. Ibraham cleaned our room everyday and created great towel art. He would chat with us.

Our room includes fruit, drinks and rolls when we arrived. The rooms were huge with beautiful twin beds. Hamdy provided a plug in insect repellant, a room spray, and mosquito spray after mosquito bites.

The hotel had a private beach, perfect for snorkeling. There are pools with bars offering a constant supply of refreshments. A gym and spa are onsite for guest use. Gardens are beautiful.

mixed feelings about this hotel

poor hygiene cockroach problem

the food variety was decent sunset court and seaview were the best restaurants.

i found poor hygiene i found cockroaches in my room two days in a row this is unacceptable i spoke with the manager but he told me i booked a standard room as if that justifies having insects the management's attitude toward guests is dismissive

snorkeling haven helpful staff limited hangers mosquito problem

The snorkeling haven stood out to me because it was built next to the reef. I could easily access amazing underwater views. the staff was accommodating and helpful. They provided great service whenever i needed assistance.

I found the limited hangers in the room to be an inconvenience, with only six available for two people. mosquitos were also a persistent problem. No amount of spray or bands seemed to deter them.
