I found the food to be repetitive (a common issue, I guess). The same dishes looked across multiple restaurants, a shame. Another issue was the lack of readily available transport within the resort. Golf carts were infrequent. This meant quite a bit of walking, annoying at times.

I liked the restaurants. The hotel has different options. The beach was amazing. I saw many fish when i snorkeled. The entertainment team had shows daily. They kept both adults and kids entertained. The team organized many daytime activities. I found this very engaging.
The hotel needed some improved transport options i felt. There wasn't a bus available and the taxi service was expensive. i would have liked more affordable transport. It would have made exploring the area easier. the receptionist directed me to a pricey taxi service.

The reception manager welcomed me warmly, even before my arrival. he ensured i felt safe and professionally addressed. he consistently followed up, providing support . I found that commendable.

i found everything super super clean. the staff? always on point! they kept all areas sparkling clean. the food choices were insane with restaurants galore. i loved that i had so many options for grub every meal.
the spirits selection was kinda sad. they seemed limited, with only unfamiliar brands. the taste? kinda like rubbing alcohol, not gonna lie.

The food was quite repetitive. Every restaurant seemed to serve the same dishes. The quality was mediocre at best. I also found the lack of variety in drinks disappointing. The cocktails tasted artificial, and there weren't many options. I had hoped for more from an all-inclusive experience, though the staff tried their best, I suppose.

The hotel had many restaurants available. The food was fresh and delicious with diverse options. Cilantro a la carte restaurant provided excellent evening meals, prepared .
The music volume was high from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning, also from 20:00 to 22:00 in the evening.
