I appreciated the immaculate condition of the grounds. the adult pool offered a relaxing experience. mohammad at the pool was helpful. He anticipated my needs. the food was amazing!!!

The uncomfortable sun beds were disappointing. i found that they lacked cushioning. the gym was small. It needed more equipment. the distance to the beach was inconvenient. It required a shuttle.

The food was good. i enjoyed the variety of options available during meals. the hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the beach. This made getting there very easy.

the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. the pool area was often crowded, and finding a free sunbed was sometimes difficult.

the check-in was fast even with a late arrival I needed an electric extension for the room and it was provided the next day the room was near the sunset pool it featured a comfy bed and a big shower with plenty of hot water. the room was kept spotlessly clean. emad at the pool was great providing drinks and mohamed ensured there were clean towels and sunbeds.

the sunbeds are not very comfortable they lack cushioning

The hotel provided several pools. Each pool had a bar, convenient. The hotel prepared food packages for tours, that helped a lot. The security seemed excellent because they recorded taxi details linked to my room.

The sun beds felt cheap because it had not any cushioning on them. The colored buildings do not looks nice.

It is very close to soho square for evening strolls. the rooms provide good amenities including a stocked minibar on arrival. staff are friendly and always on HANDS to help with requests. i enjoyed the varied food options at the main restaurant, with themed nights.

the gym equipment is a little outdated and could benefit from some updates. some machines were out of service DURING my visit.

i must say, my stay wasn't all sunshine. the food lacked variety. i saw the same dishes everyday and the taste? well, let's just say my taste buds were not dancing. also, the promised beach access was more of a bus ride away. this felt quite misleading and inconvenient. a short walk would be nice. these issues really brought down the experience a bit.

This was my first time visiting this place, and I know it won't be my last. The staff were very professional. Rasha greeted us each day in the restaurant. Peter, John, and George were such lovely people.

One thing I would have liked was a bit more entertainment at the hotel. Not everyone wants to go to Soho Square every night. More entertainment would be a great improvement. The resort can improve in that area.
