fantastic family fun!
efficient staff food choice convenient pool
The cleaning staff were efficient. My room was super clean. the food was plentiful with lots of choice, it suited everyone. staff members were friendly and helpful. pools located close to the rooms were very convenient. there were endless water park adventures to enjoy. i felt safe at all times .

my beautiful room was spacious. there were two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. the room included air conditioning. daily cleaning service kept it tidy. the balcony offered some good views.

the reception staff was cute. cleaning staff kept my room super clean. the staff at the restaurant were helpful. some of the staff speak english! mostafa mansi was friendly and always helpful.

the hotel offers access to blu aqua park. there are many pools, some heated! the lifeguards were helpful. water slides provide fun. the entertainment options catered to all ages. i liked the pools and water games.

warm water swimming pools good teamwork
The water pools had warm water. my kids enjoyed it, they did not want to leave. the water park and swimming pools were wonderful. all the staff took pride in their work. Their teamwork was very good.
the food was repetitive and not nice. i spent five days, but only one day had good food.

multiple pools clean dining convenient location
The resort offered many pools. I loved having so many options. the dining areas were clean, a detail i value highly. our room was close to the main pool. This made quick trips back and forth very convenient.
the gym equipment requires maintenance.

the buffet included a large variety of options and every dish was delicious. i particularly enjoyed the themed nights as they added an element of surprise to our dining experience. the staff ensures a high level of cleanliness in the dining areas.

The family room fit two adults with two kids fine. the room was near the pool. This was helpful with children. the nighttime shows provided fun entertainment for all ages.
