the hotel offered branded drinks in the mini bar, restocked daily. i liked the welcome chocolates. the reception staff were very helpful. the entertainment staff, especially aelita, volkan, and ethem, were so accommodating and fun.

The air conditioning could have been cooler. It was a minor issue.

the palmiye restaurant had an excellent choice and quality of food. i especially enjoyed chinese night. ekrem, ilyada, and azime deserve a mention for their excellent service in the area we used.

caner at the lobby bar made excellent gin and tonics and helped me with my turkish. sevim at the poolside blue bar worked hard to keep customers happy. the service was always excellent at the begonya beach club and bonsai restaurant.

The hotel is near a private beach and a private pier. It offered a bonus chill spot. i enjoyed walks along the promenade. it led to the area where i could see history, food, and shopping.

the staff seemed competent enough, so that's something, i guess.

i was supposedly in a superior room with a sea side view. the sea view was more of a glimpse if i strained my neck. the room itself felt cramped, definitely not superior in size. i swear the balcony was barely big enough for a chihuahua, let alone me.

the rooms were modern and very clean! the pools were also great. there were many pools available . the disco was fun for adults too.

waiters made errors often! this was due to language difficulties, i believe. i saw undercooked food on a few occasions. nothing happened after i told someone about it, unfortunately.

the hotel is very clean. the rooms are comfy and practical. the pools are vast and great for family time. the food is marvelous, especially spending the evening in the presence of bekir (what a nice guy!). i recommend this hotel and i will come back.

the hotel says the capacity of its double rooms is four. we booked a double room. however, upon arrival at 11pm we got to a very small room with only a travel cot. the staff offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, but they wanted another €720 for this.
