service management changes

the pier bar was pretty nice i have to say. it almost made up for everything else.

the service lacked enthusiasm, i swear some staff must have hated the job. smiles were rare, and getting drinks was a chore. maybe some management changes would do wonders.

rude staff inconsistent information

The hotel was busy. I encountered a few staff members who were unhelpful, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Their rudeness ruined the experience. Because of this, I chose to eat outside the hotel. I also found that the reception and guest relations teams provided inconsistent information.

the resort has multiple pools and a large beach. breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all covered by the inclusive deal. the kids' club offers activities like pizza-making. staff speak english, turkish, and russian.

the master bedroom ac never worked from the first day. i asked them to fix it for three days but was lied to. the beds are old and saggy. it feels like sleeping on a broken hammock.

excellent pools friendly staff numerous events tired hotel multiple tiles

The pools were excellent. They provided a variety of options for swimming and relaxation. The staff were friendly and cute. There were numerous events that catered to both kids and adults. Everyone found something to enjoy. The food was decent. It was slightly above average.

The hotel is quite 'tired. This includes both rooms and facilities. All the pools had multiple missing tiles. It shows a lack of upkeep and attention to detail.

great air conditioning large variety leaking ceiling clogged shower

It was very kind of Buse, Sabrina, and Perri in the lobby bar, and the team, I would go again. The food had a large variety of meats and snacks, i was very happy. My room was clean, and the air conditioning works great. It was a faultless trip, i am very Grateful.

I booked a garden suite. The ceiling start leaking in one of the rooms on top of the bed and the whole bed got wet, it was unexpected. The shower were clogged in the main bathroom. I had service for both on the first day. The service didn't fix it at all, the shower remain clogged for all 5 days.
