the food was gorgeous with so much choice! the beds are huge. the range of drinks is also great (i tried so many cocktails!).
the tvs did not have any smart features. it was not great as i like to watch a bit of youtube. the pools were always busy with lots of smokers around.

i loved the all inclusive style the fresh foods tasted great the rooms were clean i also found the rooms comfortable
the gym hours were misleading i couldn't always access it at 8 am as advertised it was frustrating trying to keep my routine going communication was challenging even at reception i had difficulty getting understood simple requests became frustrating the restaurant service was unprofessional too i felt the waitstaff were inattentive

The staff was super friendly to guests. i was given my room even after i arrived a few hours early. The front desk was very accommodating. also the coffee shop offered a wide selection of drinks.
The gym hours were not accurate. the hours are unreliable and this makes it hard to keep a routine. also, the heated pool was not warm as advertised. It was 23°C when i checked it.

easy beach accessentertaining evening showamazing bar menuexcellent cocktail
the location is awesome and beach access is so easy! my kids adored the pool, and we all had fun with the pool aerobics. the bar menu was really good (i loved the cocktails), and the evening shows kept us entertained with both a mongolian circus and live music. the kids club was really cool.
The tv didn't have smart features. I couldn't stream my shows!
