a nice stay

clean hotel lovely smell private pool small area low toiletries bar inconvenience

we were greeted nicely. the hotel keep things very clean and it smells lovely. i liked having a pool near the room, so i can dip in without going to the bigger pool.

the area near the maison plage restaurant has sunbeds. it felt small and hemmed us in. the quality of toiletries are not good, since they do not provide individual bottles. my wife was sent away for a drink at the bar near maison plage.

mixed experience at this HOTEL

inconsistent service broken sunbeds

I found the service inconsistent. Some staff seemed overwhelmed. a waiter spilled a drink on me during dinner, and he never apologized or offered to clean it up. the pool area also requires attention. Many sunbeds were broken or stained.

good food friendly staff uncomfortable sunbeds lacking resolution

i stayed here for several nights. the food was really good. i enjoyed the drink selection. the staff were friendly too. the room was big and it was also very clean. it was a modern room and i felt comfortable here.

I DID find some issues . the sunbeds were just uncomfortable. customer relations said they could not do anything about it. i would have expected more comfort.
