Excellent Hotel Experience

I stayed in a family junior suite inland view. It was very spacious (perfect for my family). Daily restocking of complimentary soft drinks happened. There was a variety of excellent food at all meal times. Omelettes and pancakes were available at breakfast along with a buffet.

The restaurants had superb food. i found great variety and excellent service! the pools were beautifully maintained, and they offered both a peaceful adults-only area and livelier family zones. the cocktail and drinks selection stood out. It had a wide choice of premium spirits and creative cocktails.
The adults only pool was next door to the general pool. I could still hear children on the water slides.

Great all-inclusive Experience

The food had great variety and delicious taste at every meal. Drinks were the same with a huge variety available. Staff provided really good service. Sun bed allocation prevented the usual early morning rush (a real bonus for a relaxing holiday). I especially enjoyed the rock and roll diner and the pool bars. The you and me bar was great too.
The coffee availability before 10:30am was only in the restaurant or room.

The pool area included access to a private beach. The gym was renewed, offering modern equipment for workouts. The hotel also offered a business center with computers and books.

The hotel had several restaurants. I booked a la carte restaurants once a week for Italian and Asian cuisine and twice for Cypriot cuisine. The snack bar offered lovely light bites and great coffee.

The room cleaning was a very high standard. Daljeet always cleaned our room and was always pleasant (a great touch!). The guest relations team helped find a doctor for a medical issue i had.
