i stayed in this hotel for several nights. the dining options impressed me. the availability of various dishes at the buffet and the refined menu at nocturne were good. the system for sun lounger allocation ensured a relaxing experience each day. i found this arrangement to be well-organized and convenient. i particularly valued the covered warm pool and facilities at the spa.

one minor inconvenience i encountered involved a porter. this individual did not offer assistance with luggage upon arrival. i found this absence of support slightly disappointing. it contrasted with the overall high level of service.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet offered MANY fresh juices and pastries. My room included a rainfall shower and separate sinks. The SPA pool was clean, with comfortable loungers ALL around.

the location was acceptable with direct line to the beach and i could hear the waves from my room.

the tv situation annoyed me. the tv didn't have netflix, but i guess it was just a flat screen tv that was dumb. on the last day, the cleaning lady stressed me to leave so she could go somewhere even though i paid for late checkout, the height of unprofessionalism.

the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout, and the breakfast selection provided tasty options. allocated sunbeds for my entire stay was comfortable. service by the pool was great, bottled water provided daily. the hotel has first class staff from the reception staff and the concierge to the pool attendants

i noticed some slight wear on the bedroom with some repairs in the bathroom. these repairs didn't look very well done.
