i had read reviews about poor sound proofing. i emailed requesting a top floor room but was put on the same level as the bar. the noise was very disruptive.

The breakfast included many choices! Housekeeping came twice each day. Beautiful pool areas feature tropical trees and shrubs. I found the reception staff helpful. I appreciated the slippers and dressing gowns provided in the room. Towels and beverages were checked and replaced daily if needed. They even offered turndown service!

The balcony design allowed for limited privacy as it opened directly to neighboring guests.

The resort is located in a fantastic area. It is very convenient for walking to restaurants and shops. Everything is close enough. AMAZING. I will come back with my kids!

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I enjoyed the availability of both indoor and outdoor seating. The location near the harbor was convenient. I also appreciated the clean, well kept grounds.

The pool area became quite crowded, especially on weekends. Securing a lounger was challenging at times. I think the hotel should monitor guest access to alleviate overcrowding.
