i observed that the furniture and fittings were in very good condition. guest services helped us plan an excursion. She was very patient and helpful. the gym had good equipment, and the tennis court was well-kept. Balls, rackets, and water were offered.
i found the main bar tucked away next to the lounge a bit gloomy. it lacked a cute atmosphere. i feel a walk-in shower could be added to rooms.

I found the service to be excellent. the staff was very great to all my needs. the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the architecture was excellent. i particularly enjoyed the convenient in-room dining, the food arrived promptly and was well presented, and also i liked the gym facilities. There were plenty of machines available.
the temperature of the main pool was a bit too warm for my liking.
